Repair Air Conditioners DAIKIN – Appenzell Inner Rhodes

2. Diagnosis — Our technician arrives with professional diagnostic equipment suited to Daikin's inverter architecture. We check the rotary inverter compressor in the outdoor unit, measure the R-32 refrigerant charge, inspect the NTC temperature and defrost sensors, and read any stored fault codes. Common flags such as P1/H1 (high-current protection), F4 (outdoor NTC sensor failure), or E6 (indoor/outdoor unit communication loss) are interpreted immediately on-site.

3. Repair — Once the root cause is identified — be it a refrigerant leak, a damaged inverter control board caused by a lightning strike or voltage surge, a blocked outdoor fan with ice build-up on the blades, or a clogged condensate drain causing internal water leaks — we carry out the repair using original or certified-compatible parts. Because Daikin controls its own component supply chain, genuine parts availability is exceptional, minimising waiting times.

4. Guarantee — Every repair completed by Swiss Pro Service comes with a 12-month written warranty on the installed parts. You receive a clear invoice detailing all work carried out, in line with Swiss consumer standards.

Speed matters. In most regions we offer appointments within 48 hours, often the next day in the main cities, and our technicians come prepared with the most common Daikin spare parts on board — including inverter boards and NTC sensors — so that the majority of interventions are resolved in a single visit.

Swiss Pro Service's commitment to Daikin owners is simple: manufacturer-level technical knowledge, transparent communication at every step, and a repair that lasts. Because your Bluevolution system was built to last decades — and our job is to make sure it does.
